About the Berlin Residence Orchestra

The Berlin Residence Orchestra, under the musical direction of Alexandra Rossmann, which was founded in 2006 especially for the event format "Berlin Residence Concerts", consists of renowned international musicians from renowned orchestras and the capital's excellent freelance music scene. More than 2000 performances in the Great Orangery at Charlottenburg Palace and on the famous stages of Berlin, Germany and even worldwide have made our orchestra famous far beyond the city limits of the capital.

The ensemble takes you on a journey through time to the Prussian court and interprets baroque and classical masterpieces with a fine feeling for the compositions of this epoch. The result is an extraordinary concert event with a programme whose musical highlights are presented in the proper style and with tonal nobility.
